These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WolfSyn, a subscription-based software platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About WolfSyn

WolfSyn is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables restaurants, cafes, bars, and hospitality businesses to create, manage, and customize digital menus.

WolfSyn provides automated software tools only and does not offer human-driven, managed, or consulting services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use WolfSyn. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted through it.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

WolfSyn is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to the subscription plan selected at checkout.

All payments are processed securely by our authorized payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. WolfSyn does not process or store payment card or banking information.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not affect the current billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt system integrity, or use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, content, and platform functionality are the exclusive property of WolfSyn and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WolfSyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
